How to Join
Firstly, please send an email by clicking the members@ link or to the email address below. The details required to order are outlined in the body of the email on the link. Simply type them into the body of the email and send it. You will be asked to provide your full name, delivery address and a contact phone number for the purposes of delivery.
Kuranda Coffee Republic uses Australia Post ExpressPost. Please note that all 3kg satchels hold 3kg gross weight, so we may need to allow for packaging to avoid charges for overweight satchels.

Next you will receive an email with your membership number so when you wish to order simply send us an email with your membership number and requirements. We will then send you an email confirming your order, its total cost, and detailing payment options. It is important you quote your member number when making payment, or your coffee may be delayed. Kuranda Coffee Republic can accept a direct deposit, or payment by credit card over the phone. We will be happy to accept orders and payments over the phone once your delivery details are on our records. Also, feel free to call if you have any difficulty contacting us by email. We will confirm by return email and advise you of shipment date and satchel number. Your order will be dispatched within hours of settlement, and if you are in a major Australian city, you can expect delivery the next day! It's so simple and quick.
