How to Join

Firstly, please send an email by clicking the members@ link below.

The details required are outlined in the body of the email link. Simply type them into the body of the email and send it.
You will be asked to provide your full name, delivery address and a contact phone number for the purposes of delivery and to make a choice of courier.
For the security of your delivery, Kuranda Coffee Republic uses Toll Priority as its principal carrier as it provides a ‘sign for’ service. So if possible, we recommend registering an address where someone is available to receive your delivery at any time during business hours. However, if you choose Toll as your default courier, and no-one is available to take delivery, Toll will leave your coffee at the address. If this is not acceptable, or if you want delivery to a post box, you need to choose Australia Post ExpressPost. This will allow you to pick up from the nearest post office if you are not at the address specified in your membership application. If you choose to use ExpressPost, a 15~25g allowance per item will be deducted in beans if necessary to bring the delivery to within maximum weight allowed for each satchel.

Next you will receive an email with your membership number so when you wish to order use the link below quoting your membership number.  orders@kurandacoffeerepublic.com.au.

We will then send you an email confirming your order, its total cost, payment method. It is important you quote the order number when making payment, or your coffee may be delayed. Kuranda Coffee Republic prefers a direct deposit, cheques are accepted but may be subject to clearing. Please do not hesitate to ask.

When payment is received, we will confirm by return email and advise you of shipment date and tracking number. Your order will be dispatched within 36 hours of receipt of payment, and if you are in a major Australian city, you can expect delivery the next day!
